Dear Joel,

I found only one Korean idiom dictionary in our library in Bonn.

'kwanyong'o sajun(°ü¿ë¾î»çÀü)' by YoungJun Park and Kyungbong Choe,
Seoul:Taehaksa, 1996.

Cheers,
