[KS] Online Dictionaries/Korea Telecom

Colleagues,

During the past week, my online dictionaries (CJK-English Dictionary and
Digital Dictionary of Buddhism) have been repeatedly hacked by a user coming
from within the Korea Telecom network. Since we have not been able to locate
the individual hacker, and also have not been able to receive a response
from Korea Telecom, we have no recourse but to block access from all Korea
Telecom subscribers for the time being. We hope that eventually Korea
Telecom will think to take this matter seriously.
