Dear Kevin,
DPRK's Constitution of 1992 you can find in YANG, Sung Chul: The
North and South Korean Political Systems, A Comparative Analyis,
Seoul Press, 1994., Appendix 3. p.871.
1948 and 1972 versions you can find in different Pyongyang editions
Ask Institute for North Korean Studies (Pukhan Yongusho),Chairman
Kim Chang-Soon shonshennim.There is a rich Library of N.K.editions.
Maybe there in the last one in English, too (1998).And the Parliament`
Library has a big collection on Korea in English.
If anything you need, too, contact me freely.
Best,

Subject: [KS] North Korean constitutional law
I'd like to start by thanking everyone for all of the information provided on this forum. I wish that my first post would be one adding to the knowledge base, but instead I'm in need of assistance. Can anyone tell me where I can find translated versions of North Korea's 48,72, and/or 92 constitutions? In an attempt to identify the available research to non-Korean speakers(readers), I am attempting an English-language-only literature review of NK constitutional law. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
