[KS] Job opportunity - temporary lecturers

For its 2005 summer academy in Korean Studies, Keimyung University (Taegu, South Korea) is looking for temporary lecturers. Classes will run for six weeks from the beginning of July to mid-August and are very intensive (48 class hours). Lecturers should have PhD in hand and proven excellence in teaching. Please send your CV and a one-page lecture proposal (introduction + weekly schedule) as e-mail attachments to sem.ver at btinternet.com. Please explain why you are qualified and give contact details of two referees in your cover mail. Lecture proposals can cover any aspect of Korean Studies, including politics, arts, history, religion, sociology, literature, gender studies etc. but should be of a general nature, i.e., accessible to non-specialists. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and competitive, travel costs will be reimbursed and free lodging provided. Applications will be considered through March 15, 2005, when screening will start. All applications will be
