[KS] Instructor needed

I'm Ph.D. Student majoring in Korean language teaching methods, especially in writing textbooks for foreigners who are studying Korean language. I have some problem and I would like to ask your help.
You know there no person in our country majoring in teaching methods of korean language, not only Professor level, but even usual student or researcher. I would like to develop this theme because there is no system of teaching Korean language in Ukraine. That's why I would like to ask all of you. maybe some of you knows some person professor level to ask him/her to be my Scientific Adviser. At the moment I have Professor Adviser who is majoring in teaching methods of English language but as I'm writing the dissertation on teaching methods of Korean language I need the second Adviser who is proficient in Korean language. In case interests of this person are teaching methods I'd be really thankful. I wuold like to find somebody for long term scientific cooperation.
