        lecture will recount Professor Lee’ s 30 posters, while including many 
        information on the writing system and story of HANGUL, largely through 
        excerpts from the manuscript of his book and 
        websites.  Besides the main display of posters, there will be 
        two more exhibitions: 1) Exhibition of ‘Concrete Poetry’ in 24 Korean

        Professor Sang-Oak Lee received his Ph. D. in general linguistics from

 and from the fall of 1985 
        through the summer of 1986 a Humboldt Fellow at

        He is currently teaching as a professor in the Department of Korean
