There are dozens of them, publicly or more privately produced, very basic
and practical or more specific and themed.

Could you make your query more specific : what do you want to locate (or
remap) ? Only streets ?
And what do you mean with the “1930s” (before or after 1936’s territorial
enlargement?).

A good starting point is : 定都
600年서울地圖 by 허영환 in
1994 at 범우사[Cheongdo  600 nyeon seoul chido/Heo
Yeonghwan/peomusa], which offers a great pick of Keijô maps (mostly from
private collections).
