[KS] London Korea Festival: Please will event organizers let us all know!

Many thanks to David for posting this, all the way from Seoul.

The Festival is already under way. Could one renew a plea for ALL
organizers of Korean events to please advertise them on this list,
and the BAKS one as appropriate; preferably well in advance!
