By announcing the successful testing of a nuclear bomb, North Korea once
again attracted the attention of international community. What implication
will this news have for the regional politics and security? Is there a way
to settle down the tense situation?

Sciences Po in Paris is inviting everyone interested to attend the public
lecture "Resolving the North Korean Nuclear Dilemma: Causes, Process,
Prospects" by Dr. Chung-in MOON, Professor of Political Science at Yonsei
University and Ambassador for International Security Affairs at the ROK
Ministry of  Foreign Affairs and Trade, at 14:45 ~ 16:45 on Thursday, 26th
October 2006, at the amphitheatre Jacques Chapsal, Sciences Po, 27 rue
Saint-Guillaume 75007 Paris.
