Just in case nobody else picks this up, it was the two Koreas after 60 years - but if you want to write on the two Koreas in 1960, that would fit in eqully well!

May I ask what you mean by "The Koreas at 60"?  Do you mean the Two Koreas in 60 years of division?  Or the Koreas in 1960?  I'd appreciate you clariying on the theme of this conference.
