[KS] Inquiry on sources

Dear Korean Studies Discussion List Members.

Are there good sources (books, articles in either Korean or English  
language) on the overview of Syngman Rhee's cabinet members? For  
instance, how were the Minister of Justice (In Lee) and the Chief  
Justice (Byung-no Kim) appointed? Who made the recommendations and  
what were Rhee's opinions of them? What were these individuals'  
backgrounds--educations, politics, etc--like?

I found some information about the two by googling them but would like  
to find official sources about them.
