[KS] Papers from 2001 NGO Humanitarian Assistance Conference in Seoul

Dear Colleagues,
   
  I am currently doing research on South Korean NGOs conducting humanitarian assistance programs for North Korea. In June of 2001, the Third International Conference on Humanitarian Assistance to the DPRK was held in Seoul. The conference was hosted by Korean NGOs.
   
  In the literature I have seen citations for papers that were presented by representatives from Korean NGOs at this conference. There are two papers I am particularly interested in. One was titled "Humanitarian Assistance toward North Korea in South Korea: Historical and Current Overview for South Korean Context" and the second was called "Reports on the Humanitarian Assistance to North Korea: South Korean Non-Governmental Organizations."
   
  I currently live in Seoul and have searched local libraries and research institutes but have not been able to find a collection of papers presented at the June 2001 conference. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a copy of these papers?
