[KS] Resource Diplomacy

Hi,

I am a PhD  research scholar from India. Currently doing research on *South
Korea’s **Resource Diplomacy in the post Cold War period*. I couldn’t find
much academic work that has been done on this particular area. I was
wondering, is there any one in the list who is working or interested in
this area of research and it would be of great help if some one could
suggestl where I can find more material on this topic.
