Baker, who recently retired from the Harvard Yenching Institute and now teaches at the Division of International Studies, Hanyang University, will give a talk entitled "President Obama and the 6-Party Talks: The Negotiations over Security on the Korean Peninsula."

Time: March 19 (Thursday), 4-6 PM
