[KS] domestication in Korean-English literary translations

Brother Anthony's comments on this topic are well taken (as is the 'clam chowder' example from Michael Duffy), but there is a not-so-fine line between challenging or subverting (over-)domestication in K-E literary translation and outbound translators writing in choppy~sloppy Konglish hiding behind this as some sort of politically correct refuge for poor translation. There is just too much of the latter being subsidized now, and publishers with any sort of editorial standards know the difference when they see it.
