[KS] Kwonchal / gwonchal

Does anyone know an acceptable English
equivalent for the term 권찰 knowchal / gwonchal used in Korean
Protestant churches for a certain official Church position below that
of a deacon? A contact asked about it for a translation, and I haven't
been able to find an English equivalent anywhere.
