[KS] Tikhonov - new book in English

Dear Tobias Lehmann,

I will definitely inquire my publisher (Brill) about this. But I am 
afraid that even if it does happen, it will not happen too soon, since 
profit margins from the books like mine are very thin, and the publisher 
  may have other priorities.
