Dear Friends:

I am enclosing the following job posting because I believe that it is
relevant to many of the members of this board. We are a international
education non-profit, and we have the pleasure of administering the Critical
Language Scholarship Program, which is funded by the US Department of State
and seeks to build competency among Americans in “critical needs” languages
(critical for a wide variety of reasons—not just military). It is a
fully-funded intensive language program for American graduate and
undergraduate students.

We are currently hiring for the position of Resident Director on our program
in Jeonju. Please refer to the position description on our website (direct
link: https://www.americancouncils.org/empDetail.php?emp_id=MjM3). It is a
short-term position from roughly June-August. If you are interested please
make an application, or if you have any students who may be interested in
the position, please share the posting with them.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me directly at
amccullough at americancouncils.org.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by soliciting applications here, but I
think the CLS Program does support the broader Korean Studies community and
I hope that you will find the position pertinent to the members of this
list.

Best wishes,

*Andrew McCullough*
