The standard English translation for this Chinese term seems to be "flower store sea of worlds" and you will find a quotation employing the term in the commentary to the 5th Chapter of the Avatamsaka Sutra at http://www.buddhistbooks.info/avatam/chapt5.html  and many other places (always do a Google search!)

I see that Thomas Cleary in his very controversial translation of the 'Flower Ornament Scripture' calls it the 'flower bank world' in the title to Chapter 5 (p202) and 'the Flower Bank Ocean array of worlds' in the text. Google can find quite a few uses of the first term, none of the second.
