The February meeting of the Chousen Kindai Chiikishika Kenkyuukai will be
held Wednesday, February 24, from 4:00 pm at the Daitou Bunka Kaikan (near
the Toubu Nerima Station on the Toubu Toujou line), in Room 401. Pak KyOnok
will offer this month's presentation in Japanese.  The topic is "Safe
Agricultural Villages in 'Manchukuo': Focusing on the Safe Agricultural
Village of Hedong, Zhuhe Prefecture, in Binjiang Province".
