[KS] Korean films dealing with int'l relations?

Dear colleagues:

A colleague at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil is organizing an  
Asian film festival with a theme of "Frontiers" and is seeking Korean  
films that deal with South Korea's relations with China, Japan, or  
Russia (any period is fine).  Would you have any suggestions?
