Congratulations to your recent book Brother Anthony. It's excellent in both, form and content and above all, the translations are easy to understand even for people who have small or no previous knowledge of tea and its philosophy behind. You not really learn how to make tea in this book (then purchase Br Anthony's book about Korean green tea) but you learn why and for what you drink tea, its close relationship with Buddhism, East Asian civilization and how tea benefits your health. Tea seems to be an undeniable part of East Asian tradition and civilization and drinking it properly means for the Westerner (and maybe young Koreans as well) to approach this ancient civilization and understand it.

I feel also attracted by the cover and pictures in the book. It's not only full of valuable information even though it's fortunately never a promotion of Korean tea but it's also what you may call a beautiful book. I just wonder whether your fellow Hong Kyeong-Hee translated literally from Chinese into modern Korean language.

Best, Tobias
