Dear Rob,
I also congratulate Robert with prestigious prize. This prize was founded in
1997 by prominent Korean linguist Kim Min-su. I was the first European
(non-Korean) person who awadred the Tongsung Prize in 1999. After me some
Eurohean (non-Korean) koreanologists (3 from Russia: Yuriy Mazur, Anatoliy
Vasiliev and Valentina Dmitrieva; and several people from European
countries).
Best wishes,
Lev Kontsevich
