Event announcement:
The Early Korea Project at the Korea Institute, Harvard University is pleased to announce theThird Intensive Workshop in Korean Archaeology:
'Early Agriculture and Society, c. 1500 BC - AD 935'
All are welcome. The event will be held Monday June 27 from 9 am to 5 pm in Room S250 of the CGIS South Building on the Harvard campus, 1730 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA 02138. Papers will cover palaeoethnobotany (archaeobotany), dry field excavation methods, social changes, and intensive agriculture. The manuscripts of the workshop and two previous events will be edited, peer-reviewed, and prepared for publication as a high-quality, authoritative edited volume on Korean archaeology in late 2012.
