[KS] Annual Reports of Administration of Chosen

Dear Colleagues,

my name is Fyodor, I am from Russia. Currently I'm writing an article
about education in colonial Korea and I'm looking for materials. The
most valuable of them seem to be the Annual reports of the Japanese
Government-General. However, the only place to get them is Hathi Trust
and the files there are not available to people outside of the US.
Probably some person from America would be so kind to download some of
the reports and send them to me? Since the Reports are non-copyrighted
it will not be a violation of law.
