[KS] in Korea--Josephine Baker

As Frank says, the Internet is quite a useful tool and it does not take long to realize that there is no way that Josephine Baker could have performed in Korea in 1936, whether July or any other month. All the accounts say that she left France for New York in September 1935, was in the cast of the Ziegfeld Follies at the Winter Garden Theatre on Broadway when performances began on January 30, 1936,  that she was very badly received so "soon" withdrew, on which she returned to France ("was brought back from New York") to become the acclaimed star of "En Super Folies" at the Folies Bergere which opened in October 1936 (see the photo and article at http://www.amazon.com/Theatre-Jungle-Animals-Folies-Bergere-French/dp/B001RGRPCC  Her main connection to Korea seems to be the Korean boy she adopted (among others)
