[KS] Organisations assisting North Korean defectors

Having recently read "Nothing to Envy" by Barbara Demick, which follows the
lives of individuals who risked their (and their family members') lives to
escape North Korea, what organisations are involved in assisting North
Koreans to adjust to life once they leave, whether the organisations are
based in China, South Korea or a third country? Is there a way of
contacting these groups?

I would be grateful for any assistance.
