[KS] Breve Input Tool for Han'gŭl Romanization

Dear Mr. Lee,
I meant to type your whole name, but I was typing too fast (and
carelessly) and your last name got dropped. Please forgive me for
addressing you just by your first name.
On a more technical note: I notice that when I use your utility, the
dialogue window tends to just disappear after a while, and I need to
restart the utility.
