[KS] German scientists at Hungnam

I'm writing the biography of a brilliant German chemist and metallurgist who worked for the Japanese for 6 years before WWII began (1935-1940), two-and-a-half years of which at the industrial port city of Hungnam in northern Korea. Was he the only German who worked there before or during the war? If you have other names, please post them here or contact me directly.
