[KS] Photos of Russian military instructors in Imperial Korea

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for some pictures of Russian military instructors in 
Imperial Korea before the Russo-Japanese War, and all I am finding so 
far on the web (after an admittedly quick search) is the attached photo. 
Does anyone have any information on this photo (i.e. authenticity, date, 
place, circumstances)?
