All subsidies for student and post-doc paper presenters will be 
available at Conference Registration on Friday 21 November upon 
presentation of receipts or invoices.

NOTE: ACCOMMODATION BOOKING IS SEPARATE

The last possible date to book accommodation is TODAY. From today, our 
reserved rooms at Halifax House will be released for sale to the general 
public.

If you have not yet booked your accommodation at Halifax House at the 
University of Sheffield, then please do so soon. NOTE that all bookings 
require pre-payment.

The rate is £75/day with breakfast included. When booking, the Reference 
Number must be used: 27347
