Let me share the information on two International Conferences, which will take place almost the same time in  Moscow in October 2015.

14 TH Central and Eastern European Society of Koreanology (CEESOK) Conference:  Special  Focus: Teaching Korean Studies in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia
Moscow State Linguistic University, Russia, 29-30 October 2015
The CEESOK committee is pleased to announce the 14th CEESOK conference for professors and scholars, hosted by the Koreanology Section of Moscow State Linguistic University. The conference provides professionals in all Korea-related fields an opportunity to present their research and strengthen ties between European and Russian colleagues. Our aim is to provide a forum for discussion on a broad range of academic subjects in the fields of Korean humanities and to facilitate cooperation between scholars from Europe and Russia. We invite papers on the following topics related to Korean Studies:  linguistics, Korean language teaching, language and discourse, translation and interpreting, literature, culture, history, religious studies, social studies etc. 
Dates:  October 29-30 th 2015 (October 28 th arrival, October 31 st departure).
Venue: Moscow State Linguistic University (Moscow, Ostozhenka 38). 
Accommodation, meals:  The organizing committee will cover accommodation (university campus dormitory, located within a 10 minute walk from the conference venue) and meals (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners) for presenters. Non-presenting guests will be charged for meals and accommodation 50 Euros per day.

Working languages: Korean, English. 
  Submission of abstract and full paper: 
All those wishing to present a paper at the CEESOK Conference 2015 are asked to submit an application form and an abstract (maximum 1000 characters with spaces including key words) by  July 10 th . Notification of acceptance will be sent by  July 20 th . A final paper (15 000 characters) should be submitted by  August 25 th so that the Proceedings can be published prior the conference (CEESOK Journal of Korean Studies Vol.16). After the conference, selected papers (up to 40 000 characters) can be published in  Russian Korean Studies Herald Vol.7-8 . Those participants who will submit their papers by August 25 th will be paid 200 Euros honorariums (depending on the amount of accepted papers).    Working language – English, Korean.

1)              Full name as you would like it to appear in the abstract booklet and conference schedule; 
2)              Affiliation, position, degree;
3)              Area of study;
4)              Contact info (e-mail, telephone, address); 
5)              Title of the paper; 
6)              Abstract in MS Word format with key words.
