*Korean Studies Grant Funding Opportunity *

*Dear AAS Members Interested in Korea,*

The AAS Northeast Asia Council (NEAC) has a number of Korean Studies grants
available as a result of generous funding from the Korea Foundation, but
the grant deadline is fast approaching.

Grants are available in the following categories: North America or
Korea/Outside North America research travel; Korea
conference/seminar/workshop organization; Korea instructional materials
acquisition; invitation of distinguished speakers (see the links below for
details).

*The grant deadline for receiving applications in the AAS Ann Arbor office
is Thursday, October 1, 2015*. *Award notification will be made by the end
of November 2015. Projects must begin after December 1, 2015 and be
completed within one year of award in order to be considered. *

*Please note: for the North America and Korea/Outside North America
research travel categories only, applicants must be current AAS members at
the time of application*. *Reapplication restrictions apply for these
research travel grants.*
