The AKS also has an on-line glossary of historical terms:  http://glossary.aks.ac.kr

And Professor Sunjoo Kim at Harvard has compiled a glossary that can be downloaded from her Resources for Premodern Korean history page:

Finally, there is a 51-page glossary at the back of the study of Yu Hyŏngwŏn by James Palais: Confucian Statecraft and Korean Institutions.
