Dear all,
The job advertisement does not include contact information for inquiries but I would guess the head of department would be a good point of contact. I am also happy to field questions about the university and department/institute.
Best,Shine

Tenure-track position in Anthropology and Korean Studies
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology (http://socanth.olemiss.edu) and the Croft Institute for International Studies (www.croft.olemiss.edu) at the University of Mississippi invite applications for a Croft Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Korean Studies. This is a joint-appointment, tenure-track position supported by the Korea Foundation: start date, August 2017. We are seeking a cultural or linguistic anthropologist who will take a leading role in the development of Korean Studies on our campus. The successful candidate will be able to teach introductory and thematic courses for Anthropology and International Studies as well as upper-level and graduate courses with a focus on Korea. Candidates should have an active fieldwork program, a strong commitment to teaching, and the language proficiency to conduct original research in Korean. Ph.D. in Anthropology is required by the time of appointment. Tenure and promotion reside in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. Teaching and service responsibilities will be divided equally between the Department of Sociology and Anthropology and the Croft Institute. The Department of Sociology and Anthropology offers BA and MA degrees in Anthropology and the Croft Institute, a signature program on campus, administers the major in International Studies within the College of Liberal Arts. Interested candidates should apply online at https://jobs.olemiss.edu by uploading a letter of application, curriculum vita, outline of current and projected research interests, evidence of teaching effectiveness, a writing sample, and names and contact information for three individuals who can be contacted for letters of recommendation. Use the appropriate links to attach these materials to the on-line application.
Review of applications will begin when an adequate pool is established, but no earlier than November 10th, and will continue until the position is filled. Salary is competitive. Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
