[KS] Essay Competition North Korea

the podcast <http://www.koreaandtheworld.com> http://www.koreaandtheworld.org/ organizes an essay competition on "North Korea's relations with neighboring countries & the US".  Typically they interview stellar figures like Andrei Lankov, Mark Lippert or Scott A Snyder. The three winners will share 1400USD.

This essay competition follows a very novel format and takes place on the debate platform www.kialo.com<http://www.kialo.com>.
