[KS] Terry Bennett's Photo Collection

Dear All
Some years back, Terry Bennett approached me with the same request. I tried
various channels, including ROK museums and the Cultural Ministry, without
success. Some museums were interested but were not prepared to buy the
collection - they would be happy to accept it as a gift, which was not on
offer. Eventually, I also got warned off by the ROK embassy in London that
my efforts were unproductive and that I should not pursue the matter. They
had quite enough old photographs in the ROK already.So I stopped.
This is no reason not to try again. The collection is very good indeed. If
I remember, it is entirely made up of original photographs, not copies,
unlike a lot of collections in the ROK
