[KS] North Korean laws, 1946

The PDF edition seems based on another eBook format, and that the 
pagination may thus not match that of the print version. So, Hazel may 
have other page numbers. 

Anyway -- if anyone knows of another translation that is based on the 
actual 1946 Korean print or other very early publication (which may or 
may not be different from the 1980/1992 one reproduced in Kim's Works), 
I'd still very much appreciate any bibliographic information.
