[KS] North Korean laws, 1946

Hi Frank,
You can find a 1946 version of the (Korean language) law digitized from an
RG-242 record on the website of the national library of Korea (
http://nl.go.kr) if you search under 해외한국관련기록물 <https://nl.go.kr/#none>.
They might have the land reform law as well.
