1.            Yes Volume 2 of the English edition

2.            Yes, it is in  ENGLISH as you asked for an authoritative ENGLISH translation.

3.            Titles in English version: Note British English spelling
Law on agrarian reform in North Korea. March 5 1946. Pp. 91-94
Labour law for the workers and office employees in North Korea. pp. 242-247.
4.            ‘True reproduction’ question.
To my knowledge, the original was not produced in English.
If the question is whether the 1992 English version is an accurate version if the 1946 Korean version, I don’t know of an instance when the North Korean translations of legislation has been altered. What normally happens is if the legislation itself is amended, those amendments will also be published. Translations may or may not be available for every piece of NK legalisation but here is a mountain of it
5.            Be aware, these are only discrete pieces of legislation. There is lots more on agriculture and labour law and labour consitis, even in 1946. So they are part of a package.

    Thank you Hazel.

I have presently no way to get that volume. But thanks to your

information I could just get a PDF of the Korean language version of

these two laws, as reproduced in _Kim Il-sŏng chŏnjip_, 1992:

    https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/006877547

In here they are in vol. 3, not 2.

Do you know if these 1992 versions are a true reproduction of the 1946

original texts? (Much else is "edited" as needed in these works.)

Hazel, can you confirm they are in vol. 2 of the ENGLISH edition, and

could you be so kind let me know what page numbers? (I may be able to

get them via a copy service from France.)

    Thank you very much!
