[KS] North Korean laws, 1946

Again thank you, Hazel.

Just to clarify: with "authoritative/scholarly English translation"
what I had in mind was either an official North Korean English language
translation from a time close to the inauguration of these laws or a
translation by e.g. a North Korea specialist outside of North Korea
that is based on a North Korean publication of these laws from that
period. Benoit Berthelier just pointed to a portal where this can be
found. Kim Il Sung's works, published in 1980 or 1992, would therefore
not count as "authoritative." But this is certainly also very good to
have.

(In this particular case I am more interested in the English
translation/s than the original.)

Also thanks to Robert Winstanley-Chesters. You guys are all really
helpful.

Frank
