*CALL FOR PAPERS: Royal Asiatic Society Korea Transactions vol.95*

*The Royal Asiatic Society Korea *is soliciting contributions to the 95th
volume of Transactions, the world's oldest English-language Korean studies
journal. Since 1901, Transactions has served to publish academic papers,
reports, essays, travelogues, and other forms of research and writing on a
wide range of topics. We accept work that deals with the Korean Peninsula
and worldwide Korean diaspora, drawing from a wide range of disciplines
including humanities, social science, arts, and literature. Contributions
should be aimed at a general audience familiar with Korea. We welcome
contributions from working academics, scholars outside traditional
academia, students, and people of any background with specialized knowledge
of Korea.

past 94 volumes of Transactions.



*Guidelines:*
-Manuscripts should be submitted as an MS Word file

-Total word length should be between 1,000 and 10,000 words

-Both UK and US spelling is accepted, as long as the document is internally
consistent

-All major academically accepted romanization methods (Revised
Romanization, Yale, McCune-Reischauer) are accepted, as long as it is
applied consistently

-Any photographs or other images should be attached separately, with
instructions for adding captions and where to insert images into the file
in a separate text document. Keep in mind that images will be printed in
black and white

-Please include a one-paragraph biography at the end of the file

-Submission should not have been previously published in entirety elsewhere
