Dear Namhee Lee,
in Korean, there's a poetry collection titled 그대 조선의 십자가여 by 장정임 from 1992, which was translated as あなた朝鮮の十字架よ 歴史詩集・従軍慰安婦 the same year into Japanese.
In Japan, there's also the collection 砕かれた花たちへのレクイエム (A requiem to the crushed flowers) by the poet Ishikawa Izuko (石川逸子) from 1994. The same author had already, after reading the set of historical documents released to the public in 1991, written a non-fiction essay titled 従軍慰安婦にされた少女たち(The girls who were made into Comfort Women of the Army).

1. Any poems/essays on "comfort women" (Namhee Lee)
Dear all,
A colleague is looking for poems or essays on "comfort women." She's found Emily Yoon’s poems and Suji Kwock Kim’s Notes from the Divided Country but would like to know if there are more out there by other poets/essayists (She's not looking for scholarly work on the topic).
Many thanks in advance,
Namhee
