Dear Korean Studies Community,
Greetings from the USC Korean Heritage Library (KHL)!
The Korean Heritage Library (KHL) at the University of Southern California (USC) is pleased to announce research grants for students, researchers and educators in Korean Studies. Thanks to generous support from the Overseas Korean Studies and Heritage Foundation (OKSHF), the grant assists scholars to travel to the USC Korean Heritage Library for onsite research on Korea.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
This program is open to anyone in the world including Korea. A preferential consideration will be given to those whose research topics on Korea or Koreans will best utilize USC’s resources not available elsewhere and/or those with limited Korean Studies resources at their own and nearby institutions. However, applications need not necessarily be limited to USC’s unique collections. We will consider all applications based on the strengths of the research proposal and our library’s overall ability to support the research. USC's archival collections on Korea or Korean Americans are found here<https://libraries.usc.edu/locations/east-asian-library/east-asian-archival-collections>.
