XIV Korean Week – University of Málaga
November 21–27, 2025

Organized by the Area of East Asian Studies of the University of Málaga, 
the XIV Korean Week will celebrate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic 
relations between Spain and the Republic of Korea and the 15th 
anniversary of the BA in East Asian Studies at the University of Málaga.

This annual event brings together a wide range of academic, cultural, 
and artistic activities aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of 
Korean history, society, and creativity among both the university 
community and the general public.

The 2025 edition will include lectures, workshops, exhibitions, film 
screenings, traditional performances, and student events, supported by 
by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Spain, the National Library 
of Korea, Window on Korea, the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation 
and Universities through the I+D Project “GISAENG,” and the theater 
company Mu Teatro.
