Dear all,

The *Korea Publication Industry Promotion Agency (KPIPA)* is pleased to
invite your institution to participate
in the *2025 Sejong Books Support Program*, which provides selected Korean
books to overseas institutions *free of charge*.

All books are selected from the official *2025 Sejong Books List*
designated by KPIPA and will be shipped by the most efficient method,
primarily via DHL Express.
Any taxes or related fees that may arise will be covered by KPIPA.

*Program Highlights:*

• *Application Period*: Open *until November 16, 2025 (KST)*
> • *Eligibility*: Overseas institutions (libraries, universities, cultural
> centers, etc.)
> • *Apply for*: 42–84 titles per institution (one copy per title)

Before applying, please carefully *review all program details and
instructions* *on the event page* to ensure a smooth submission process.
Selected titles are not saved automatically on the website, so institutions
are strongly encouraged to *download the Excel file of available titles

make selections in advance, and then finalize the application in one
session.

Please note that the final number of books distributed may differ from the
quantity applied for, and the application period may close early depending
on the overall demand.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come basis, so we recommend applying
early.
