Dear colleagues,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to share that Bard College is now
accepting applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Korean
Literature and Language for the 2026–27 academic year

Bard College is currently looking to fill a Visiting Assistant Professor
(VAP) position in Korean literature and language, starting Fall 2026. The
contract is a 2-2 teaching load at a rate of two-thirds time, with the
possibility for renewal, contingent on success and enrollment. The role
involves a balance of literature/content and language teaching courses.
Compensation is competitive, and the environment is collaborative and
supportive.
