I might be mistaken, but I believe that there's a section of colonial-period maps of Kyôngsông (Keijo) in Hô Yônghwan's _600 Years of Maps of Seoul_:
定都 600年 서울地圖

서울: 汎友社, 1994.

Subject: [KS] (street) map of Keijo
Dear Colleagues,
Here comes another practical question from me (I promise to come up with something more conceptual once I get all my facts right…).
Do you know where I can find a detailed map of Keijo in the 1930s?
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
