Who is the "I" who doesn't know anybody in the D.C. area talking about the
collapse of North Korea?  Whoever, it might interest you to consider the
significance of the U.S. imposed economic sanctions, on the one hand, and
prolonged refusal to deliver on any of its promised aid, on the other, as a
factor in the difficulties being experienced north of the 38th parallel.
