[KS] chinese page maker program

Dear members:

One of the art journal publishers requires Chinese page maker if I 
want to publish Sino-Korean characters in the article.  Does any one 
knows about this program, can share experience about this program, 
whether it is too difficult to use it, how I can get it. Is this 
McCkintosh program or IBM?  Can I use it with Microsoft Word?
Is there Korean page maker program, similar to this?
